- Field of Study and Research Program Plan Review (Embassy or University)
This review consists of two phases- Phase 1: Content Review. I make sure that your Field of Study and Research Program Plan includes all of the expected elements, that the research question, outcomes, and methods are aligned, and that it will make a positive impression on reviewers.
- Phase 2: Edit. After you have made any changes to the contents based on Phase 1, I will conduct a second review where I focus on the language. I will make sure your explanations are clear and that the document is easy to read and understand.

- MEXT Scholarship Application Completeness Review (Undergraduate or Graduate)
I will review your completed application to make sure all of the documents are included, meet expectations, and that you have correctly answered all of the questions in the forms, and provide you with a list of corrections. I will also provide feedback on your essay questions to help you improve your answer.

- All fees are due in advance.
- I will start on your review after I finish any others previously scheduled. I will give you an estimated completion date when you submit your request.
- “Time to complete” starts when I receive your documents and payment and complete any other ongoing reviews. For the Field of Study and Research Program Plan review, this applies to both phases.
